Listener comments!

is banjo intro from "Harold and Maude" soundtrack?!?

Sounds plausible! Don't know the soundtrack well enough...
"orange skies":

on the scratchy radio this one sounds like david byrne's take (an apadaption..) on caetano veloso, no?! kinda..
blue hills:

i miss-belled
cibachrome candle:

bob dylan shares a birthday today with a fantastic lady poet, named kendra
sam's clam disco:

re: orange skies:

note to self: okie, it's late but i still should've researched my tropicalia....
marmalade jar:

once sat underneath bridget st john while she played a show with michael chapman & jack rose. she has a wonderful way of playing with her eyes nearly closed, eyelids flickering

you said neu! wrong. it's neu! not this thing from your said.

when you are saying neu i am thinkiing, "no it's neu!"

Oi. Apologies. Guess that makes me pretty obviously a... Neu!-bie?

now i am to be laughing loudly!! xo

Oh, hallo Vlada. Hope you're doing well this evening.

i am always well when frow is on for its greatness in psyching up my mind for drones and recordings from the meadow! do not always cease this great program!
fork, fork, plate, knife, spoon, spoon:

i went on a sound walk this evening, starting at the water in dumbo. the leader said that when the train passed above, he lost his perception of how deep the waves were, as they became flat...
crenellated table cloth:

the walk guide also said that dumbo has a unique relationship to sound because although the massive neighborhood development has changed the visual landscape, the audio remains industrial, post-industrial, if you close your eyes

that comment was, speaking architecturally..

enough with the rhetorical comments! the sky's lightening, does anyone have any new topics for a half-dead head-space?!
snail's trail:

i heard yesterday there's a mailing list for indian raga performances around nyc. something called "harmonium" but i don't see it. is anybody familiar?

Hmm. I'm not. Feel like I've heard rumblings about it before, too, tho.
neighbor knocking:

i'll find out and post it next week, how bout it. some raga-inspired player was raving bout it
paul newtape in waterford ireland:

nice music, perfect for morning xhtml concentration. thx.

Right on, Paul!

awesome whole set, super-inspired! i like the snoring noise in the back of this guy's throat,,
