  7:25am
Dum Dum Guy at the Gates of Dawn:

Good Morning! Nice photo of the DC Metro Crystal City stop.
  7:30am
mike:

Good eye, Gates of Dawn!
  7:40am
Andrea:

She sells soul is absolutely terrific. I think this program exemplifies the common affect when listening and working to WFMU. " umn...wha...this is good!" (10 min later:) "hmnn...hey...well..yes..this is equally good!" (repeat ad nauseam)
  7:43am
Andrea:

sorry, "we sell soul" by the lyres (who the hell is "the lyres"??)
  7:43am
mike:

Thanks Andrea! I just hope you weren't working on anything important during the Dokaka track.

Enid Coleslaw:

Mike, got rid of all your CDs?! Is that possible? Why?
  8:11am
mike:

Enid: I decided that MP3s are just as good as CDs (better, actually), so I've been dumping CDs with wild abandon and haven't looked back yet. Records are a beautiful thing, and MP3s are handy. As near as I can figure, CDs are just pieces of plastic.
  8:21am
Parq:

I have this unexplainable sudden need to excuse myself and go to the bar.
  8:21am
fishmonkeystew:

Good morning, Mike and all my fellow WFMUers!

Mike-RE: MP3s, Vinyl, and CDs- you nailed it. CDs are just more junk.
  8:25am
postmanpaul:

hi mike and all in wfmuland - just finished walking the streets for money!
  8:43am
pauldepiperssoninberlin:

i would love to walk the streets for money
  8:47am
Andrea:

Died Pretty! Classic! Completely ignored them when i was young, now they sound pretty damn good. But Mike, here in Australia, we don't refer to them as "The Died Pretty" but just "Died Pretty"
  8:58am
Crawford:

Weird synchronicity going on, we just decided to call our new band "Free Dirt" in honour of Died Pretty and at the first rehearsal we covered Mother Of Earth by Gun Club, spoooookkkyyy :)
  10:08am
KrameR:

Nice DC Metro station pic.
Kudos for playing Squirrel Bait, Gun Club, and Died Pretty.
