"Uncle Steve" Post was on the newsdesk at BLS? Oh, Billy, is there no end to the things I learn from you? He and Sarah Fishko were the last of the free-form classical hosts at WNYC, retired by the station's knee-jerk "serious" response to 9/11.
  3:12pm Tall Paul:

What up Bill, greetings from Dublin, looking forward to the show. Catch you later. Peace, one love.

  5:33pm Billy Jam:

Thanks for listening....Shout out to Non Phixion whose "I Shot Reagan" never got played unfortunately....>>>.Enjoy all WFMU shows U missed first time around.by simply going to the WFMU archives right here on this website to catch up on past FMU show's like the great one earlier today with HotRod - Uncensored and best listened to LOUD it includes weekly WFMU.org DJ's always killer playlist + in studio special guest -former WFMU DJ DJDS - Donna Summer who is now back in Berlin with a head cold.....In 3 Weeks this show will be broadcasting live from ALL CITY RECORDS in Dublin Ireland with OB and the Irish crew including Tall Paul Lowe....more details to follow soon in the UPCOMING on wfmu.org....Also check out the wfmu.org archives to hear Joe Belock's White Album covers set on his show this past Tuesday 25th........RRR 500 is a lock groove treasure and a lazy (like me) DJ's best friend. Wish I hadnt given away my second copy but teh WFMU library has a copy......It is 250 endless lock grooves on each side ,mostly noisey industrial -y It is really good.....for needle dropping and seeing what comes up./.........Note to myself: Must do whole show of Lock Grooves......Note this instance is where vinyl (vs. MP3) is the only way to go for dropping the needle on the record.....As one austute listener pointed out sound effects played included one of "man walking in deep snow" - Meanwhile instrumentals included 9thWonder (off Jean Grae joint) and Alchemist (off his next joint).....Next week Dec 5th will be graff OG DEMER plus other guests, lots of music, and a chance to win a trip to that place in your head you only visited once before.
  7:38pm jennifer:
