this is a really gerat piece of music. does this mean you're going to play lamb later..?
  6:10am
chris in london:

or 'great' maybe
  6:15am
HotRod:

Haha! Good call! I don't think I have ever played Lamb's Gorecki. We'll see what happens!

I hope you're in a fine mood this afternoon in your neck of the woods. :)
  6:43am
chris in london:

  6:43am
zedprophfer:

  6:52am
HotRod:

  7:10am
Maestroso:

Good Morning HotRod!
Sorry I missed the Gorecki.. just got in.
Corporate won't let the photos through.. what are they?
  7:13am
HotRod:

Perhaps the other listeners can explain what they see?
  7:16am
captain ritz:

good day and greetings from germany,
your show makes the rain outside feel like sunshine
  7:16am
chris in london:

Dedalus:

Hey HotRod,

Sorry to hear you're feeling in poor spirits this a.m. Remember there is a bunch of us degenerates here each Friday, and we love you & the music! Someone I knew once said: the damned up seas of resonance shall take the arid earth by storm. I give your show four Gary Buseys - :( :) :o :/ I'd give more but he scares the bejaysus outta me.

jeremy, the listener:

good morning! and hey it's BASS
  7:37am
catpatz:

hi hotrod---thanks for saving friday from killer headaches and doldrums.
  7:38am
jeremy, the listener:

now you just need to have a show on monday morning too and then we'd have the week covered
  7:38am
HotRod:

CATPATZ!!!! HOW YA BEEN? YOU'VE BEEN MISSED!
  7:42am
noah:

Well??? What's happenin with you MIss Lady?
  7:43am
HotRod:

Alright, so I need some advice...

Should I stick to the same time slot (web only) for the Fall/Winter Schedule or try something different???
  7:46am
DeemerDave:

If you don't mind keeping to the FCC rules, then you might want to expand your audience and go broadcast.
  7:48am
jeremy, the listener:

i like friday AMs. if i get in to work early enough, I can play it super loud which really wouldn't be possible any other time during the week.

but my reason is entirely personal in nature. got to do what's best.
  7:48am
Sasha:

Try show after show (the same time slot).
Gonna be wild in my office.
  7:52am
cphtoo:

what are the other slot options? or did i miss them...
  7:54am
DeemerDave:

Hi HotRod. I'm listening from work in beautiful Chelmsford, Mass. Live in even more beautiful Nashua, NH
  7:57am
Maestroso:

Wow, I have this song (sounds like "Linda Linda"!
I think it's Khaled.
  7:58am
HotRod:

Any time slot you see on the current schedule is a possibility. So feel free to suggest what you'd consider a perfect fit for me.
  7:59am
chris in london:

love it!
  8:01am
HotRod:

You're probably right, Maestroso! Sweet! Did you catch Cabbie Tape #1 last week?
  8:05am
Maestroso:

Yes, I did. Great music; didn't recognise it though.
  8:11am
catpatz:

aw, thanks. have been well. took a little sailing trip (http://ragingdouche.com/gpx/gpx_test.html) and went back to the states for a wedding but have been listening when here---suffered from some playlist comment writing block, but am happy to be back.

thinking long and hard on the time slot thing----you and fridays are so nice together, but a broadcast show would be good. maybe tues or friday----somewhere in the 9-6 area?
  8:14am
chris in london:

hmm, tough one. post-7pm I obviously can't listen live, but I would catch the archives. can see the attraction of an evening slot tho, for sure. what about the weekends?
  8:15am
HotRod:

One thing I failed to mention is that I'll need to work M-F, 9-6.
  8:17am
jeremy, the listener:

we still need to talk to ken about changing that. you're providing a very valuable service, you know
  8:20am
Dedalus:

You'd suit weekend afternoons as well... personally I don't want to lose you to the N. American hours when I can't listen, but if the travel times aren't too hectic you should try for the broadcast slot if you can - regardless of the time I think. Still from your point of view, you need to be careful not to sacrifice a good drinking night if it is the evening.

  8:25am
Bad Ronald:

That obama/hil car gif is hilarious!
  8:29am
jeremy, the listener:

omg that is too funny. hi there BR
  8:30am
catpatz:

the more i think about it the more i have selfishly decided that you are already in your ideal time slot.
  8:32am
Bad Ronald:

Howdy Jeremy et al! Missed most of the time slot discourse but I think you'd fit in nicely before or after Bill J. Two great tastes...
  8:37am
HotRod:

GREAT SUGGESTION, BR!
  8:46am
HotRod:

Anyone else?
  8:53am
trent:

monday is where it's at.
  8:54am
Bad Ronald:

Where is everybody?

The Army of Golden Girls has me chuckling...
  8:54am
zedprophfer:

...saturday?
  8:55am
Parq:

Honestly, Miss HR, if weekdays 9-6 are off the table, then I'd be content to listen to you pretty much any time except the overnight.
  8:59am
Bad Ronald:

Peace
  2:36pm
Jules:

I'LL PULL OUT YOUR ENDOCRINE SYSTEM!!

Where's Joel McHale when you need him?
