re: Mel and instantrimshot.com

t's like the blues, tho- can any single person claim pwnership ? ;)

(except maybe the person who made instantrimshot.com I guess)
  2:02pm
Jim:

I believe the correct spelling is "ownership".
  2:12pm
Doug:

What does a xylophone trill connote? Like someone shaking their head in astonishment?
  2:13pm
Bad Ronald:

Dream Sequence
  2:14pm
Doug:

Surely that's a harp glissando!
  2:16pm
Bad Ronald:

I stand corrected (shakes head in astonishment)
  2:27pm
Parq:

A xylophone riff, alternating notes played at increasing tempo, was often used as a transitional sound in early sitcoms. I admit I'm a bit obscure here, but trust me; you'd know if if you heard it.
  2:28pm
Bad Ronald:

meanwhile back at the ranch...
  2:29pm
Jim:

Like a guitar riff.
  2:30pm
the dictator:

  2:38pm
Dave:

Hey Liz, I have only heard your show the last couple of weeks but I noticed that you get really swinging in the last hour of your set. How come? Just like to ease into it?
  2:48pm
Sean Daily:

Does anyone happen to remember a kidvid show on TV called "The Great Space Coaster"? Cos "La Linea" was one of the cartoons featured on it. I am suffering through SERIOUS flashbacks from those tracks, Liz.
  2:50pm
monica:

  2:51pm
Jim:

Yeah, me too.
  2:52pm
Liz B.:

Thanks Mo and Jim! Dave, my audio speed-up is a remnant from when I was on 9am to noon. Had to let the coffee work its magic before diving into the punkier side!
  2:56pm
Dave:

I still like your show the best, even if I have to wait for you to get fired up!

I live and surf in Laguna Beach CA, but grew up in NJ, then NYC. Was an avid listener back then. Had a business trip in NYC and heard Extra Golden on my way into the city. My brain has been altered in a very positive way. Thank you.
