Listener comments!

David:

Nethaniel Mayer rocks!!!!!!!!1
  10:44am
Parq:

Never heard this "Batman to the Rescue" before, and totally digging it. You're right; the movie can't possibly be as good as this.
  10:51am
SmokinJ:

I'll still take a 60's era DC comic every time:)
  11:12am
Parq:

Smok, my kid works in a comic book store, and she says half the staff is refusing to see the movie because of the mutant realization of the Joker. She saw it, and one of her co-workers pronounced her "dead to [her]".
  11:19am
SmokinJ:

Hehe..I believe it. I'm fiercely loyal to the old Batman but I like movie special effects too. I probably won't see it, just as I refused to see the Get Smart movie. I gues that's why we listen to M. Shelley:)
  11:21am
DeemerDave NH:

You guys are reminding me of the comic book store guy in The Simpsons.

LOL
  11:23am
SmokinJ:

Simpsons? That's one of those new fangled animation things eh? I'll stick with the original artwork thank you:)
  11:26am
Parq:

Dave, I'm not familiar with the character, but knowing Matt G's background, I'd bet money that the character is based on one or more denizens of my little one's workplace in the East Village.
  11:34am
david:

Hey Kim, have you seen Chris?
  11:35am
Paul:

First K. Fowley, now C. Montez. Less talk and more music is fine with me.
  11:35am
IthacaNY:

Thoroughly enjoying the show this morning...Great stuff...
  12:00pm
SmokinJ:

That version of Green Door smoked!
  12:37pm
Paul:

The name of this song is I Feel Good, not I Got You.
  12:38pm
Paul:

I sit corrected.
  12:58pm
Paul:

Love this guy's questions.
  8:07pm
mike tp:

thrilled to see wildgirl coming to see you. i was aregular listenerof the girl. loved her show. now if you could only get bud stiple lou the duck or richard from synthetic pleasure that would really be cool.
  2:33pm
Howling Rabbit:

I remember watching the previews for "The Dark Night" months ago and thinking this is not your father's Batman, "father" referring to yours truly. Even in the early comics the character was never so grim and humorless. I couldn't even watch past five minutes of the previous film. Comics used to be fun; now they make Dostoevsky look like The Three Stooges.
