Listener comments!

 10:46am
Bobby:

Did Kim Fowley ever call in with an excuse?
 10:55am
Parq:

Apparently, Bermuda shoes are a type of women's sandal. Haven't been able to track down defining characterstics, nor deduce any from the pics I've seen.
 10:58am
Thomas:

Oh boy, this music makes my day! thanks!
 11:00am
Carol:

Bermuda shoes. One of the 2003 styles of the English shoe company Shipton & Heneage. Costs £59 in navy with brown leather
 11:08am
Gregory:

Hey Michael,
My #1 Hit Club card arrived over the week, thanks!
 11:17am
Carol:

I think that shoe might be a loafer
 11:33am
Glenn L:

Sounds like the Bermuda Shoes they were referring to could've been a Sandal or maybe even a Flip-Flop.
If the song were a #1 Hit today they'd be referencing Crocs!

mike tp:

had the mccoys lp with the tune sorrow on it way back when.great interview especially the angels
 12:29pm
Joff:

Javier:

Nice program once again, Mr. Shelley. One request, though, I prefer the interview intermingled with the relevant songs. I suppose this way the non-interested could easily jump it and that it might take less editing, but it plays a bit long and arid for my taste. Thanks for the great music and interesting interviews. Cheers form Spain.

Snake:

Now listening to the archive on Sunday night. I agree with Joff that the Gottehrer interview was great. One of your best. Loved the Liquor Giants song, I'd forgotten about them, didn't pay enough attention to them when they were around.
 3:19pm
Steve:

Good interview with Gottehrer! Did I hear you correctly, at the end, say, "Who are the Ravonettes?" Check with Bill Kelly. And play their version of My Boyfriend's Back. Keep playing the #1 music, Michael.
 5:17pm
Dave Goessling:

Just getting around to listening to the Gotterher interview - great! Re: Sorrow - I never knew that was a McCoys track. Realize that George Harrison stole/borrowed/tributed the "with your long blond hair and your eyes of blue" line in the Beatles song "It's All Too Much"! Wow!
