David K Seattle:

tonight i saw a woman at Lowes, with a green garden hose, all upset, telling me that management needed to know there was fine print about it being unsafe for drinking water, and only for watering plants. just goes to show you... 38,000 items, how can you know them all?
  3:53am
EDM:

Green hose or no sounds like our water will cure hypertension, generalized anxiety, and hypercholesterolemia even without and rx
  4:09am
Ike:

But only if you drink 36 glasses a day. Just be careful not to mix drinking water with anti-wart cream, pro-appetite meds, or syzygy pills -- very minor side effects may result, such as exploding liver syndrome, or permanent hardening of the butt cheeks.

Aaaahhh, consumer culture. What can you do? Where IS the water pure? The Yukon, maybe? So the trucks roll in there to start up a bottled-water plant, and the plant and its staff pollute everything there, and the Yukon water acquires traces of chemicals and meds and used motor oil.
