Subject: your show

Mike-I like your enthusiasm for the station & you seem like a good guy & good organizer for WFMU events. However, after being exposed to your show for several weeks this summer(I just leave WFMU on all the time-I'm a fan) I feel that your best contribution to the station isn't as a DJ. I've been listening to FMU forever and am a sincere fan of several DJ's shows but your show, in my opinion, is pretty boring most of the time. I find it downright annoying at times & wish I was more articulate on this subject. I think it has much to do with your choice of songs(which I often find really uninteresting) and feel you just don't have the 'ear' for the job. I've NEVER written a DJ about something like this so I would say I feel quite strong about it. Certainly not the kind of thing you want to hear but I simply had to do this. I guess it comes with the territory of being in a public format. I'm sure your friends will tell you your show is just great. When is 'small change' returning? I was never a HUGE fan of his but your summer shows have made me really miss him.
