Matt from OK:

Kings Quest. Jeez. It took like ten 3.5” floppy disks and four hours just to install it on your hard drive. And then you couldn’t win anything without buying the cheat book from the same computer game store that sold it to you.

Does Lynch really teach you to type like Mavis Beacon?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:38pm
Sara Clemens:

↳ Dais_dawg @6:38
Yes!
  6:39pm
wimpy:

Feel like the twin peaks soundtrack, while it is jazz, is rather stilted and doesn’t feel very natural. Especially season 2. Interpretations with a live band could go a long ways
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:41pm
Deano de los Muertos:

the song Lynch’s son plays in The Return is a little reminiscent of the Pink Room
  6:42pm
Ian G from Washington Heights(Formerly Nutley):

I forgot about this record too. Badalamenti can be ethereal but Bookhouse takes that music and puts it in a Smokey dive bar that smells of Wild Turkey and Miller Lite.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:42pm
Ken From Hyde Park:

↳ Song: "The Pink Room" by "Bookhouse"
DJ Marcel M used "The Pink Room" for his bed music.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:49pm

Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:51pm
chresti:

I haven't seen any Lynch movies since Mulholland drive
  6:52pm
Listener Robert:

I had very good reason to play "Lost" as a game, and that was that show runner Damon Lindelof and I used to play a lot of games, especially ones of a puzzle nature -- and because before the show started airing, he e-mailed to tell me he thought I'd be especially interested in this new project of his.
  6:54pm
Listener Robert:

Incidentally, Damon's father was a fan of Twin Peaks; Damon wasn't.

Thanks Stu and Sara. I hope station manager Ken gives you a shot on the regular whatchamacallit.

I hated the end of Lost the first time I saw it. I didn’t mind it the second time, but I loved the show overall
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:59pm
Drunken Creep:

Just tuned in, yet always love discussing The Shining. Another interesting about that interview scene with Jack Torrance and Mr Ullman... Jack walks in escorted by the secretary, and there's only those three people in the office. The secretary asks if they'd like coffee and it's pretty clear that she's not addressing anyone else. But then half way through the interview, there's another man sitting there who has no speaking lines. My interpretation is that he is the first on screen ghost in the film. He has no speaking lines in the film that I'm aware of, but later as Halloran walks everyone towward the walk in freezer, MUllman is talking to the same guy, in the background. Which leads me to believe that Ullman is aware of the ghosts and has already been influenced by them, 10/10 film!

This is crazy! I can't believe (but I can) the way this film is open to such endless interpretation.

Good news! I wasn't spouting nonsense, Swery did, in fact, direct Deadly Premonition.
