Tub conversion went smoothly.
My contractor Jim is aces. Great Guy. He'll be back in a week or so to install a new vanity / sink combo & rough out a new shower control for when I finally rip out the tub.
His wife has been dealing with breast cancer for four years & he makes the monthly trek to Philly (over 3 hours one way) once per month.
We got to talking about Covid & post Covid and he deals with the same "over-emotional" responses as I do, as well. So my Doc is right it seems. It's a thing.

I make my espresso in the Moka/caffetiera pot the night before and let it sit out overnight. In the morning, I pour it into a mug and mix it with either hot or cold milk, depending on my mood.
I find the bitterness is left at the bottom of the pot, and it’s a nice smooth taste.
There. I’ve said it.

I’d suggest not letting it sit overnight in the Moka pot.
Transfer to a glass container and let it sit in the fridge.

My elementary school friend Joe Longo's dad had a used car lot on the river side of River Rd. in Garfield.
Right next door was a trampoline place with maybe an 8' fence surrounding it.
My parents would take us there (to get rid of us?). My older brother Dave would bounce, I said No way am I bouncing where I can see the riverbank just feet away.
