Among any others of the like…! early1980s: touristing around NYC, vinyl collecting (found Doll by Doll’s great 3rd import album at CE’s) and we were attending an off-off b-way Sam Shepard play; On a whim, my mom purchased a 9” Quasar color tv from Crazy E’s -and proceeded to walk around NYC lugging this small but heavy tv around. She was cuckoo, yet oh so memorable and fun! We had some adventures.
