I saw The Electric Flo and Eddie at the Commack arena. I loved them (and the Turtles!), but they were chased from the stage via a thrown bottle to Eddie's head (it connected). Their we better than all else act was weird. And Hot Tuna was the headliner. poor fellows. Jorma was careful after that, but he did say we should have let them finish.

When I owned a record store one of my customers was the late, great Frank Kimbrough. He played on the original version of Sue (Or in a Season of Crime). Heard that story about Live & Dangerous, from Tony himself! Long story.

But met him through his wife at time, May Pang, who used to come up to the office where I worked in the 90’s. She ultimately invited me to their home for a party. Jammed with his Dad, who was an amazing harmonica player, in their basement.
