i have a confession to make... in the olden tymes before digital downloads, h'art songs by moondog was impossible to find in the states, was in berlin and first thing i do is go to a record shop and ask for it, the attendant says he'll order it for me, fine... a few days later i go into a bigger store and there is h'art songs sitting on a shelf, so i buy it. i go back to first shop and tell the guy i've got the cd and i don't want him to order it, he says he already did and i kind of squirm out of it and say sorry, he was very upset but i figured someone would buy it. anyway, twenty years later i still feel bad about it and associate the song with the feeling
