Some kind of muscle cramp/ab thing that was so bad that I thought I was having an ulcer burst or some other kind of major system failure. Took a Tylenol PM - nope. Edible - nope. At around 3 AM, one of Mom's old morphine pills. NOPE. Finallly just collapsed around dawn. Sigh.

I started using the 'cane several years ago on my sciatica and it was incredibly effective. Every spasm that pops up can be remedied. It's not expensive either.

At around 3 AM, one of Mom's old morphine pills. NOPE. Finallly just collapsed around dawn. Sigh.
