JA claimed he used a ‘difficult’ Rolnick track as his theme tune to put off listeners hanging about after Wake & Bake, or “kids hanging about for free stickers” as he put it. So, the Neil Rolnick unit or NRu was devised by the chat board denizens to quantify the annoying value of a track. By my calculations, 3NRu is at the limits of human endurance.
