It’s a John Allen related joke, Irene. JA claimed he used a ‘difficult’ Rolnick track as his theme tune to put off listeners hanging about after Wake & Bake, or “kids hanging about for free stickers” as he put it. So, the Neil Rolnick unit or NRu was devised by the chat board denizens to quantify the annoying value of a track. By my calculations, 3NRu is at the limits of human endurance.

i don't know, irwin's incorrect music and kenny g's hour of pain was perfectly appropriately inappropriate. i never once considered JA annoying or difficult...(but, ken's antics don't measure on me either). the rolnick track is nothing more then a pop ditty chopped and looped, pretty harmless...
