Micah’s reference to smaller bites/doses of UP W P made me realize that a huge difference between this show & the way mind control songs are encountered in the wild: we typically encounter the stuff in 10 minute portions and can turn off the radio anytime we want, while actual UP concerts lasted an hour or two (felt like an eternity), and we have certainly encountered cults (on the show) whose music/worship ceremonies go on all day and/or all night. Duration and repetition definitely play big roles in mind control.
