A traditional winter sick, no Covid, no flu. -Gargling hot salt water morning and at night helped with my throat. Eventually I was putting Petroleum jelly on my nose as it -was getting raw from all the blowing. That helped a lot. Oh, and have an open garbage nearby to act as a very necessary spittoon. Gross? Absolutely! Necessary? You know it! I hope you can rest today and feel better soon.

A traditional winter sick, no Covid, no flu. -Gargling hot salt water morning and at night helped with my throat. Eventually I was putting Petroleum jelly on my nose as it -was getting raw from all the blowing. That helped a lot. Oh, and have an open garbage nearby to act as a very necessary spittoon. Gross? Absolutely! Necessary? You know it! I hope you can rest today and feel better soon.
