Some of the exits on Route 3 have a 15 mph speed limit because they go into a full 360 turn! Most folks who don't drive on Route 3 regularly sometimes forget this insanity -- you're driving 50 mph, but you have to slow down 15-20mph within seconds to exit.

Some of the exits on Route 3 have a 15 mph speed limit because they go into a full 360 turn! Most folks who don't drive on Route 3 regularly sometimes forget this insanity -- you're driving 50 mph, but you have to slow down 15-20mph within seconds to exit.
