Went to see Ministry and Melvins recently in Lawng Gisland. Both great live bands however Al Jourgensen pulled a Milli Vanilli. I know he needs special effects but when he forgot he was sup to be singing was a big let down.

MrDeb, really well. The British film industry was in a terrible state at that time, but it could still pull the occasional rabbit out of the hat.

Well I had a hard fall while riding my mountain bike yesterday; I don’t think I broke anything but my right leg is so swollen and bruised that I can’t walk without crutches. I was trying to swerve around a large family of Canada geese and the ground was wet from an earlier rain and before I knew it my tires gave out from underneath me and I was lying on the boardwalk.

Avatar 🌜 Swag For Life Member 7:54am

Sorry to hear that Tom...get better soon. The frozen peas trick really works!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:55am

@Michael of Cologne: She's no longer much into electronics these days. Occam XXV was for organ (think church pipes) and even though recent ensemble pieces include electronics, they are not the focus

@fred that's cool, even if I was happy/sad when I got the book ....I'm quite disappointed with some choices there...One shot it is, still I would have enjoyed having a preview on the book before well that's what it is but some photo missing then the layout....anyway great gift from Mark & Meg haooy to share those experiences and feel alive

Michael of Cologne:

Yep, Fred, thanks! Lately she's been composing for the well-known instruments. She was a student of musique concrete master, Pierre Schaeffer, I believe. Anyway, she is/was a pioneer in electronic music, twiddling those knobs on huge tube-valve machines. Got the pioneering Feedback Studio (the deceased Johannes G. Fritsch et al.) here round the corner in the Belgian Quarter. I don't know whether it's still active today.
Avatar 🌜 Swag For Life Member 8:20am

@fred agreed thanks for the feedback, I think also, then the heart inside is in those tool words, a lexicon that could expand. All my gratitude for the great Mark ( I was often sad cause I his home & studio place in the countryside have been an important place for labs, impros, sharing life together with dancers & musicians performers ( close to what might have been anna halprin's place ) ...so this is an hommage to what happened out there during summer workshops lost in nature, now it's over...Let's invent and find some places where we will open our bodies and souls and share! glad you sent a msg fred, hope we'll meet someday around )
