The Bandera cult is definitely a thing, as is the Azov Battalion (not just on the fringes of society, but in the mainstream). Such that one can say yes, it still needs to "de-Nazify" (as does this country). But Putin's war has nothing to do with any those concerns of course, except in its use of the Nazi card as a very cynical propaganda ploy.
