	1:34am rw: Actually more than 30 percent.
	♥ 1:35am _Ike_: At first I thought that was well over 50% more than here, but then I did the AUS$ to US$ conversion and it seems AUS$1.65 is only US$1.19 currently. So that's about US$4.50 a gallon in Aus, whereas we pay $3.75 to $4.25 most places. That said I guess it's not really a straight conversion in terms of purchasing power, since you only have Aus$ to work with.
	❓ ♥ 1:37am Scott67: I get about 11 km to the litre in my Land Rover, it's Diesel. But yeah, could be quite a bit smaller, but I couldn't sleep in it when camping.

But in the south and some other anti-labor places it's still only $7.25/hour. A couple of years into COVID though, places paying that pathetic amount can't find workers anymore.

So that's about US$4.50 a gallon in Aus, whereas we pay $3.75 to $4.25 most places. That said I guess it's not really a straight conversion in terms of purchasing power, since you only have Aus$ to work with.
