We had borrowed a radar detector, and thinking we were invincible, zoomed through the night at almost 100 mph. Out of nowhere, the detector goes nuts and a cop coming the other direction storms across the median and pulls us over. I joked that he'd come back and say we could just go. What luck! He just gave us a warning and we were back on our way.

	♥ 6:47pm Ken From Hyde Park: In the days of 55 mph speed limits, a friend & I were driving I-80 in Nebraska to ski in Colorado. We had borrowed a radar detector, and thinking we were invincible, zoomed through the night at almost 100 mph. Out of nowhere, the detector goes nuts and a cop coming the other direction storms across the median and pulls us over. I joked that he'd come back and say we could just go. What luck! He just gave us a warning and we were back on our way.
