Eric: bc of the plague, they shut down the Great Highway to traffic on the weekends. You can walk up and down along Ocean Beach. It’s quite nice, cold usually! Last summer I used to get off of work and log into the Garden chat from there. Watch the fog literally roll in and freeze my buns off while trying to come up with scenarios for Donovan’s Used Flying Carpet Store in the chat. Yeah I got a few issues lol

Eric: that still haunts the East Bay, the ‘89 quake. I’ve been told by the locals several times what “used to be there” before it collapsed or got squashed. There’s an ESPN 30 For 30 documentary about that Giants/A’s World Series.
