When moored, I think it's mandatory for houseboats to have a landline.

Oh, phew. The one where I rescued two-timing Captain Shah from decapitation by avenging brothers of his conquest - and had to pay for the door they broke down-
that one is still standing. It was an Asian Indian thing, I was told.

Listener Robert:

A lot of pagans would like "[Ghost] Riders in the Sky" to be about Odin and the Wild Hunt, and maybe there is a little such influence there, but actually it's about a true story -- a haunting which has recurred at a certain location where a misunderstanding between cowboys on a cattle drive got out of hand.
