HA! That reminds me - when the first volume of Carl Stalling Project came out, we were all Negativland-heads at KUOI and one of my fellow DJs wrote on the advisory label on the front of the CD "If you listen all the way through, you can hear Daffy Duck cussing out Bugs"

Anton on the mighty Wurlitzer is best in small doses. Before its "makeover," the Empire Hotel in NYC had a big sweeping staircase to a bar on the second floor -- and a portrait at the top of the stairs was a ringer for Anton!
