After a session with a therapist I would always walk away feeling irritated and angry, and no matter what kind of different meds I tried they only made me feel odd and really did nothing to help me cope. And then upon research I find out there was never any documented proof that depressants ever helped anyone, but there were plenty of document cases where they in fact exacerbated a person's condition and made them go crazy and hurt people and kill themselves. So I stopped taking them, and even though I'm still where I'm at mentally, it's better where I was when i was on them.

After a session with a therapist I would always walk away feeling irritated and angry, and no matter what kind of different meds I tried they only made me feel odd and really did nothing to help me cope. And then upon research I find out there was never any documented proof that depressants ever helped anyone, but there were plenty of document cases where they in fact exacerbated a person's condition and made them go crazy and hurt people and kill themselves. So I stopped taking them, and even though I'm still where I'm at mentally, it's better where I was when i was on them.
