Heh...you're probably just making a joke, yippie, but it's not uncommon for "friends of" organizations like that to offer member or donor benefits. Not unlike WFMU.

However, the organizations tend, MORE OR LESS to be go-along-to-get-along with those in authority, since their main point is to make use of some facility due to the good graces of whomever that owns it.
