there's a record store in brooklyn called face records that has a bunch of japanese records, i've seen a fair bit of takeshi terauchi and his stuff is amazing. i got a friend of mine who was really interested in buying the one i got and he ripped the vinyl for me when it got to him, terauchi's amazing

I have an emu 1616m cardbus sound card for my laptop. On the breakout box it has a RIAA preamp with 2rca plugs and a ground lug. I hook up my technics turntable and use sound forge for the wav files.

Ha! I was just telling Chresti about this rooster my grand mother had. She kept it chained to the apricot tree in the backyard. We would tease it and make it chase us in circles until it was all wound of the tree. For some bizarre reason she would feed it cottage cheese right out of the tub. When he pecked, the cottage cheese flew in evert direction. He would look up and his angry head would be completely covered.
