	1:14pm SnackGirl: Ah yes, it's microwave is not "good" but it is hot. My mom does a reheat in a pan on the stovetop much better crisp!
	🛎 ♥ 1:16pm Phillippe: Handy, an air fryer has a little basket you put your food into, and instead of dropping it into a vat of boiling oil you slide it into a device that blows heated air (up to 400 degrees) around it. very healthy alternative, except for ice cream. I believe it was invented in like the 5th century when it was decided that pouring hot oil on the enemy was considered cruel and unusual.

	🛎 ♥ 1:22pm Phillippe: That's the trick, Mary. works better with foods that have a little fat in them, of course. It takes a little bit of learning curve, but not near as much as moving from gas to an induction stovetop. There was about a year of burnt food in that little move. I kid, snackgirl. Anything that requires washing is removable and can be washed fairly easily. I think ours has a non-stick coating.

	🛎 ♥ 1:16pm Phillippe: Handy, an air fryer has a little basket you put your food into, and instead of dropping it into a vat of boiling oil you slide it into a device that blows heated air (up to 400 degrees) around it. very healthy alternative, except for ice cream. I believe it was invented in like the 5th century when it was decided that pouring hot oil on the enemy was considered cruel and unusual.

It takes a little bit of learning curve, but not near as much as moving from gas to an induction stovetop. There was about a year of burnt food in that little move. I kid, snackgirl. Anything that requires washing is removable and can be washed fairly easily. I think ours has a non-stick coating.
