Tone, a bit of a cheat really, as I did some mailshot envelope stuffing for Bam Caruso back in the day. They were based in the Home Counties, where I grew up. I still have their catalogue, which was produced as an album sleeve with multiple inserts. Like everything they did, it was the highest quality for low-unit shifters, not a recipe for business success, but manna from heaven for a teenage psychedelic dreamer such as myself. That album ends with The Misunderstood's epic Golden Glass, what a cut.
