Yes, agree how wonderful it feels to be getting back into the world - Mrs Fab and i actually went to a movie!?! First time in 14 months. And taking Li'l Fab to the park with so many happy families running 'round almost brought a tear to my eye. I even got Chicago's "Saturday in The Park" in my head, and it didn't bother me.

Movie: "A Quiet Place, II" - fun space-monster thriller. Not a masterpiece, but well done, and was so happy to be kicking back in those reclining seats, popping snacks, watching monsters. Yay, monsters.

@Mr. Fab: Definitely ... We used to laugh how unbelievable terrible Trump handled the whole thing. Things have turned, but there's light at the end of the tunnel here, too. Reopening starts as vaccination finally ramps up significantly. Hoping for an appointment still in June, otherwise July. Johnson & Johnson would be great, one shot and be done with it!

I was wary of another political puppet until I heard Dr Drew (yes, that Dr Drew) talk about how he worked with Fauci during the AIDS epidemic. Projected deaths were insanely high at the beginning of that as well. Seeing how they handled that gave me hope for our current situation.
Also goes without saying, it's nice not having an ignorant racist for a president.
