Devon! Castaways!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:02pm joe mulligan:

Is this the Bobby Krlic from The Haxan Cloak?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:03pm ultradamno:

Yeah, check the blurb
  7:03pm Androu B.:

Any guy who's worked with Björk, Goldfrapp, HEALTH, and Michael Mann is a true innovator in my book.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:04pm joe mulligan:

His early albums were great too. I saw him at the Masonic Temple Brooklyn in 2014 during the Red Bull Music Festival.
Avatar 7:05pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Oh nice palette !... In for a treat here...
Avatar 7:05pm winston legthigh:

  7:05pm Androu B.:

Likewise anyone who's worked with Atticus Ross (And Trent is definitely no exception!).
  7:16pm Androu B.:

Just realized I have his debut album from 2011, recently dl'ed and archived in mp3 files.
  7:18pm Androu B.:

Correction: downloaded 8 years ago!
Avatar 7:20pm Fox:

I loooooove it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:34pm WR:

Great interview.
  7:41pm Androu B.:

Yeah, I imagine he's gotten some airplay on "Dark Night Of The Soul". Speaking of which, I have yet to catch up on that show. Lots of good, dark gems to immerse my ears into.
Avatar 7:44pm Fox:

I think my favorite thing about your interviews, Devon, is the reaction of the interviewee. They are so unused to being asked questions by someone knowledgeable, questions with such specificity to their craft and process, and who can comment so well on their work.
  7:45pm Andrew C Benepe:

loved everything about "Midsommar". Sat with my son in a near empty suburban multiplex whispering about which buildings would be destroyed at the climax
Avatar 7:47pm slugluv1313:

Midsommar <3 <3 <3
greetings, Devon! Island Dwellers!
been listening, just away from keyboard -- i thought this sounded familiar!
  7:47pm Andrew C Benepe:

Also, how is FMU not an educational institution?
  7:52pm Tamar:

Wow, what an origin story about the Soft Cell cover of Tainted Love! Love learning new things on WFMU.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:52pm Barney Grubbs:

Earth!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:53pm ultradamno:

Earth definitely shook the low end
Swag For Life Member 7:58pm Zetti:

Thank you!
Avatar 7:59pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

TY As Ever !
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:01pm Devon E. Levins:

Thanks! Next week is Brad Fiedel. Composer of The Terminator! Fright Night! Serpent & The Rainbow!
  8:03pm Androu B.:

Great to get to know one of the producers behind one of Björk's most outstanding albums. (Incidentally, she's a peer of mine!)

Thank You, Devon. Excellent interview! Certainly one noteworthy enough for archiving.
  8:06pm Androu B.:

Oh yes, and I'm certainly eager to hear next week's interview! Brad Fiedel is certainly an accomplished artist in his own right, considering his immense body of work.
