WM, The only comic con I ever went to was at the Disneyland Hotel in 1971. We were all, how can I say in an altered state. There was this old guy smoking a cigar holding court with a bunch of youngsters hanging on his every word. I asked my friend who was tripping on PCP who he was. He answered matter of factly it was Jack Kirby, and then went back to his hallucinations.
