A majestic rendering of an old Paul McCartney song there!

Gerry from Miami:
Paul Simon sold the rights to his entire song catalog to Sony. Seems to be a trend with some of the elder statesmen and women in rock. Grab the bucks while you can.

As a lifetime member of #teamclarinet, I am really digging this track. 💞
Gaylord, you are always spot on. I am finding that crunchy Cheetos and Peppermint tea are a great accompaniment to your music. Much love to you and the missus...
My favorite DJ gaffe is and will always be unaware live mic situations. Gifts to us all.

I sometimes listen to 2 shows at once (whatever's live + something in the archives, on the headphones). Only so many waking hours in the day and there are 95,000+ archived shows I probably haven't listened to yet
@Gaylord: Indeed. Her early collaborator Bill Soden's singles are very cool as well. Sophisticated songwriter pop. (I'm guessing you're aware of 'em already.)
The onion is a tuberous vegetable and is a member of the genus stinkus delicioso. It was highly prized by the ancient Egyptian pharaohs, and their friends and cousins-a. They cause watering of the eyes and rubifaction of the skin, but it is very, very tasty.
A couple of years ago, I was hearing kind of a distortion or interference come and go. Turns out I had a tab open with a bird nest web cam and the wind whistling through pine needles was the extra sound.
Hi GF! Welcome back to ergonomically forgiving Studio A. Sounds great from here. I am sorry to report that you omitted Monday afternoon anchor Jim Price from that impressive and otherwise flawless, from-memory recitation of the Monday FMU lineup at the 9 PM mic break... Anyway thank you for the lovely show tonight, and Jim Price's team of aggressive lawyers will be in touch sometime this week.
@Rachel X: It's been 29 years, so it is very possible. Thank you for being a devoted listener all these years! My show may have changed a bit since 1992, I reckon.
You know that you need to do laundry when you've worn different suits and ties three days in a row (and I rarely wear a tie, I think I last had to for work was 2014).
Wow, wow, wow! The show's going out with a massive kaleidoscopic slit-scan extravaganza, and I'm whimpering how great that was. Thank you, Sir Gaylord! Glad the phone was able to pick up the big broadcast tonight, all outside, on my ancient WiFi ISP router.

Combat boots and a necktie is a good look. With a leopard print speedo.
