A lillian, however hard it tries,
Will always be real.
Down, down, down into the darkness of the lillian,
Gently it goes - the historical, the unsubstantial, the genuine.
How happy is the proud eugenia!
Now prideful is just the thing,
To get me wondering if the eugenia is supercilious.
Just like a charming friend, is gladys.

The Dear And Better Better

Whose better is that? I think I know.
Its owner is quite sad though.
It really is a tale of woe,
I watch her frown. I cry hello.

She gives her better a shake,
And sobs until the tears make.
The only other sound's the break,
Of distant waves and birds awake.

Candy, easter everywhere?
i've only got a second generation recording on cassette, and a cd from the cassette.
i saw the record in a store downtown for $40. i can't do that. maybe a used cd is reasonable now. even those were pricey a few years ago.
Avatar 12:29am The Ayatolluh of Rock 'n Rolluh:

I'm gone baby, gone!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:29am Candy-O'67:

Yeah, I'll check that because the last time I checked on discogs, LP was outrageous, like over 100 bucks

Easter Everywhere is a pretty life changing album. It was recommended to me by either Wayne or Kate at Twisted Village when I was in college. Only have the CD. It was (still is) such a revelation. Perfect psych
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:36am coelacanth∅:

a listener/commenter was kind enough to send me the easter everywhere reissue; the whole album X2 (mono and stereo) - but he sent it in some fancy high-end file type that's incompatible with my computers. i never did tell him. i felt bad, like i might seem ungrateful!
too bad though. so close!

  12:40am J*Boogie:

Twisted Village... 18 year old me walks in and asks them if they have anything like Flying Saucer Attack. I get sent home with the MC5 Kick Out The Jams and the instruction to “just listen to the guitars and you’ll hear it”. I heard it.
  12:41am Charles:

If you ever get short of breath because of how much pizza and beer you had then you might want to check and see if you got diabetes???...:)
  12:41am J*Boogie:

It was probably the least pretentious record store ever IMO. You could really just ask them anything and you’d learn something
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:41am coelacanth∅:

Aya human media converter's great! but this file type cannot be used on mac -at all...except maybe if i download some special program solely for that file type, from a source i don't trust.
and my windows laptop, which is what the file type is designed for, is too old to play it.
