Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:02am Doug Schulkind:

Mama Maggie! PAULS! Andrew in Toronto! So so so happy to see you! I won't be able to comment as much as I'd like today due to marathoning. But I love you all! Stanley!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:03am Brian in UK:

Hello Doug & groovers.

Stanley, early finish today?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:03am Doug Schulkind:

Blessings and condolences, Brian in UK!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:04am Brian in UK:

Hey Chris, look forward to hearing your, (sorry Doug's) Premium!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:04am Stanley:

Yessir, Brian.
Later, will be taking a calculated risk for a sunshine walk in between showers.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:05am Doug Schulkind:

There is no premium without Chris Albertyn. (And no grand prize either.)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:05am Brian in UK:

Stanley, sooo changeable. Wrap up well.
Avatar 9:06am Jesse Kaminsky:

Morning everyone! Let's raise some money and FUN for Doug's weekly Friday morning celebration!
Avatar 9:06am PAULS:

Stanley - the old #11 bus? heh cheers.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:10am Doug Schulkind:

A paradiddle beat a single diddle every time, Artie! Hello, Irene!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:10am Brian in UK:

Doug, have wondered this for some time. How do you keep track of all the music that you have access to?
Avatar 9:11am TDK60:

I'll be mailing an olde-fashioned check to Jersey City today.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:11am Brian in UK:

I'll have a pint of Paradiddle. Two villages along from us is called Diddlebury.
Avatar 9:11am Chris Albertyn:

Hey Andrew, Brian in UK .. looking forward to seeing where this all goes with the pledges
Avatar 9:12am Chris Albertyn:

Brian in the UK I have an old friend who lived in (at)? Pratt's Bottom for a few years
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:13am Brian in UK:

The sun never shines in Pratts Bottom. But it is always sunny on the Drummer Stream.
Avatar 9:14am Chris Albertyn:

That premium collection though was very much a Doug Schulkind compilation and collection of tracks over years ,,, would not mind it on CD myself
  9:15am Andrew in Toronto:

Hi there Chris!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:16am Gina Bacon:

Morning, Doug, Chris and Fridaystreamers!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:16am Brian in UK:

The Don Cherry cover is something.
Avatar 9:18am PAULS:

Doug what if I just want to send YOU money for the next year? $$$$$$$$$
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:18am joe:

'ello folks
  9:22am Listener Robert:

Is the mini grand prize a miniature grand piano?
Avatar 9:23am TDK60:

It has been a tough year. And still is.
Avatar 9:24am Chris Albertyn:

Hi Gina
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:24am Brian in UK:

Would I be right in writing that you will be getting all the monies upfront as there are no telephones. So no bills going out, saving on postage too. The downside is that there may be less pledging but some folks pledge and do not pay up.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:27am Andrew Waterloo:

I do have fond memories of a Schipp performance on a Sunday morning.
Avatar 9:28am Listener Gregory:

Good morning, all responsible fiduciaries.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:31am joe:

@brianinUK that would I think be dependent on you payment selection of either credit card or Bill Me.
  9:33am listener lee:

Hey Doug and Jesse! So great to hear the both of you together!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:33am Brian in UK:

Joe, oh yes I had not noticed that. I just hit Paypal without really looking.
Avatar 9:34am Jesse Kaminsky:

Hey Lee, great to see you!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:35am dutchtheo:

Wassup Doug, Jesse, Chris, and drummer band!
Avatar 9:35am Jesse Kaminsky:

@brianUK and all, you can pledge now and pay later! Just select the option when you check out
Avatar 9:35am Jesse Kaminsky:

Hey dutchtheo!
Avatar 9:37am Chris Albertyn:

greetings dutchtheo
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:37am doctorjazz:

Hey, Drummers!
Decisions, decisions!
I usually like to spread my SFL out to as many shows as possible (one "negative" of all the great new shows is that SFL doesn't go as far as it used to 😄). But the swag today is KILLER!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:38am Doug Schulkind:

dutchtheo! listener lee! joe! Listener Gregory!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:42am Brian in UK:

I spread the SfL over ten shows and they were all on the Drummer Stream, shows the quality of these shows and ofcourse what a discerning listener I am!!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:49am Uncle Michael:

G'morning!
Avatar 9:50am Jesse Kaminsky:

Morning Uncle Michael!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:51am adamdoesit:

Good morning, Doug and drummers! Chris Albertyn's guest spots have been a monthly premium in their own right. That 78s collection is mighty tempting. What's a S4Ler to do?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:52am Doug Schulkind:

Howdy, Uncle! adamdoesit!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:53am doctorjazz:

I'm in!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:53am Doug Schulkind:

The DOC is IN!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:53am Gina Bacon:

I love this Keith!
  9:54am Andrew in Toronto:

Who else is feeling more musically and spiritually enlightened already?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:54am Doug Schulkind:

The DOC is IN the running for the Matthew Shipp disc! And he's he's in the running for the Harry Smith B Sides mini-grand prize, and he gets the premium and he's in the running for the grand prize!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:58am Artie:

I *think* I’m in. (SFL show allocations feel a little indistinct.) But certainly there in spirit, and in support, and that’s IT.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:05am Webhamster Henry:

Yeah Steinski!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:05am joe:

The return of Rough Mix was a huge highlight of the last decade or so. I can not recommend enough how much you should spend some time if you have not.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:07am HyperDose:

Hey Doug & Drummers! Gina's here too? Sweet! :D
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:08am drowsy:

is there a per minute calculation for online? I'm S4L but would like to know if I pay my freight for like 10hrs/day of streaming. Happy to help if needed.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:12am Doug Schulkind:

@drowsy
That would be a fascinating thing to try to figure out. It partly depends on who many are streaming at any given time.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:13am doctorjazz:

What the hell. The Stream had helped keep me sane (as close as I get) this awful year.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:13am Gina Bacon:

Hey, HyperDose!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:14am Doug Schulkind:

You are not alone in that, doctorjazz. And ain't that the point. You aren't alone. Hey hey, HyperDose! Gina Bacon!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:14am drowsy:

right - since I left the NYC coverage area and most college stations went the lets-train-for-infinity-broadcasting route these feeds are lifeblood.
  10:14am BillD:

Hey Doug , I sent $50 to get in the running for Harry Smith but receipt from Joe M said all of WFMU . Trying to get him to fix it so you get credit.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:14am Brian in UK:

Buying the Harry Smith would cost more than pledging.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:15am drowsy:

not to say all colleges have, but suffered some huge disappointments over the decade.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:16am drowsy:

Looking at you, Univ of New Haven and Emerson College... *pours a little coffee on the rug*
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:16am Doug Schulkind:

@BillD
That stuff happens a lot. So sorry! Not sure if WFMU can move those things around. All the $$$ goes into the same steaming cauldron of love! THANKS!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:19am chresti:

Good morning Doug and PLEDGERS!
Avatar 10:20am Listener Gregory:

I had a steaming cauldron of love in my garage for a while, but the fire department shut it down.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:20am adamdoesit:

This is more like a STREAMING cauldron of love, amirite?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:21am drowsy:

u r rite!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:21am Brian in UK:

Hey chresti, how is Franco doing?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:21am Artie:

The streams have truly been a blessing - always, but especially this past year.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:21am HyperDose:

This is the best show title for a marathon
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:23am Jeff Golick:

I don't know this world without Don Cherry, and I wouldn't recognize this world without Give the Drummer Some/Radio.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:24am joe:

Bless this Mess
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:25am joe:

I just did the math this year is my 30th anniversary of discovering WFMU
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:26am Brian in UK:

Well writ, doc.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:26am chresti:

Hi Brian, Franco is at his drawing ironing board in the bedroom.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:26am Stanley:

Doug was also my gateway droug
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:27am Andrew Waterloo:

Darn these meetings.. missing all the fun
Avatar 10:28am Listener Gregory:

@Jeff G, you were a drip and drab?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:29am Jeff Golick:

More of a dribble, really.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:29am chresti:

Daniel Blumin was mine, Stanley.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:30am Andrew Waterloo:

Scott McDowell and the Long Rally for me. Daniel Blumin and Dan Bodah are couple others.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:31am chresti:

Hey, another favorite dj, Jesse Kaminsky! Hi Jesse!
Avatar 10:32am Jesse Kaminsky:

Hey chresti!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:32am joe:

Although I was listening for about a year my first make sure I was there every week was Truck Stop Tea Party w/ Bronwyn
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:34am Webhamster Henry:

@joe We're having a party, but you're not invited. Wish youo could come, but it'll just be my friends. Attractive, creative, intelligent people - I wish you could come, but you just wouldn't fit in.
  10:34am Listener Robert:

That was before I listened to Bronwyn C., joe. What was her content like then?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:34am Jeff Golick:

I love that "my intro show to WFMU was _____" is kind of a genre unto itself around here. Sort of speaks volumes about the whole project, and the kind of listener it attracts.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:36am Webhamster Henry:

There are lots of shows that predate the archives! Old Codger has digitized a lot of old shows - sporadically back to 1990!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:36am Jeff Golick:

(The first show I recall specifically tuning in to was Finewine's Downtown Soulville; still recall my excitement at being thanked on air some decades ago.)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:37am chresti:

I was listening before too, mainly the Drummer stream, Blumin is the one that led me to the comments board.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:37am Artie:

Webhamster Henry: You maybe mean 1890?
  10:38am Listener Robert:

Every marathon we've gotten into that kind of reminiscing. Let's shake it up this year and try to remember what was the first thing you heard on WFMU that made you run to turn it off. Or if not you, what was the first you remembered someone else in the vicinity telling you to turn it off?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:39am Doug Schulkind:

Sorry I can't be more present here in the chat with everyone! Things are wee bit busy on this end. Love you all!
Avatar 10:40am Jesse Kaminsky:

Two great prizes available for pledges of $20 or more, we'll do a drawing at 11am for them:
- Don Cherry: Om Shanti Om, a CD on the Black Sweat label
- Sachiko Kanenobu: Misora, a CD on the Light In the Attic Label
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:40am joe:

@listenerrobert it was less thematic than some of what she would do later on. It was r Bronwyn being her uncanny self with music in most cases
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:40am Brian in UK:

Jeff, interesting what you write about hearing your named mentioned. However cool someone is I bet their heart skips a beat (and then back into sinus rhythm) on hearing their name.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:40am doctorjazz:

Telling me to turn it off is a daily occurrence at home (my older daughter even started posting videos, "Why does my dad listen to this stuff?", which is usually the sounds of WFMU).
  10:41am Listener Robert:

I can't remember whose show it was in the middle of the day, but someone in the mid-1980s played stuff that repeatedly got my lab's boss to yell, "Turn that shit off!" I think it was on Tuesdays.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:41am Andrew Waterloo:

I had to turn off Bryce once because it sounded like the equipment I was working on was having problems.
  10:42am Listener Robert:

It might've been Kurt Gottschalk.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:43am Brian in UK:

Whodathoughtit, that the Harry Smith Anthology would be reissued with bonus tracks!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:44am Spinning Giant:

Good Morning Doug & Everybody - late to the par-tay, but glad to be here!
Avatar 10:45am TDK60:

I first heard WFMU as a teen in 1967 or '68. It was immediately enticing! Who was on the turntable? Sorry, too long ago to recall! (Moby Grape?)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:45am Webhamster Henry:

I was already hooked on the very very few freeform shows on WBAI (Peter Bochan, Citizen Kafka, ...). So finding a station that ran freeform 24/7 - and only did on air fundraising once a year - made FMU an obvious choice.
The pre internet WFMU was very very hard to get on the radio: every morning was a "signal hunt" walking around the office with a portable radio. I'm sure there are people who objected to this practice. Eventually we found a WFMU hotspot, stuck a radio there and piped the headphone signal though an idle 10-base-T wall line.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:46am Brian in UK:

Remember when CDs first appeared, some people replaced all their records. WHY?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:46am Stanley:

Listener Robert - I'll always remember the worst track I heard on FMU - Language Removal Services "The Static Language Sampler". Look it up at your peril, it made me want to puke.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:46am Webhamster Henry:

@Brian b..b..but the Perfect Sound Forever!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:48am joe:

@webhamsterhenry @ 10:34 Thank you so much. I have a very very very bad memory for small details so seeing that caused a small flurry of memories (not all good but still worth remembering)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:48am Webhamster Henry:

The pre-internet WFMU had a slightly different culture: there was a more significant print media component: wfmu.org...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:49am Brian in UK:

My gateway to WFMU was John Peel.
  10:50am Listener Robert:

The thing about Kurt Gottschalk was that we had someone else in the lab who liked even modern classical if it wasn't too atonal, and she...tolerated some of his selections.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:50am Webhamster Henry:

I was already a big Joe Frank fan, so weekly Joe Frank at a decent hour of the day was very nice!
Avatar 10:50am TDK60:

Webhamster Henry: Wow, didn't know there is a link to old WFMU print magz. I used to receive those in the mail.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:51am chresti:

Listener Robert, I usually run to turn it off when there is a lot of talking.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:51am Jeff Golick:

The FMU record fair was another pre-internet opportunity to see (and often smell!) inside the magic factory, kinda.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:52am Stanley:

chresti - I'm a bit like that with interviews.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:52am Andrew Waterloo:

My gateway was the Einsturzende Neubauten supporters project. Fabio had a show with Alexander Hacke and I ended up buying a bumper sticker because it was fundraising. I eventually started listening to the stream while working alone at work.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:55am Webhamster Henry:

I cobbled together the Joe Frank page on the WFMU website out of the UUnet Joe Frank newsgroup. It was Joe's first website, fan or official! www.wfmu.org...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:56am Webhamster Henry:

Fabio did a yearly 8-track special that I recall with great pleasure.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:56am doctorjazz:

My last Pre-COVID concert was Kurt Gottchaulk with a trio (speaking of Kurt) at the Downtown Music Gallery, 1 week before lockdown!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:56am Spinning Giant:

@DocJazz - that's hilarious re: your daughter's objections - I am grateful that my kids embrace the variety of Woof-Moo-ness regularly (nearly constantly) bubbling out of the sound system in my house - they are (perhaps to my good fortune) still young(ish) and impressionable, and hence, still developing their own tastes/sensibilities - doing my best to educate/expose them to the wide wacky wonderful world of what's available -
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:57am Andrew Waterloo:

Kurt is on the one DJ that I've met in person. He was at Guelph Jazz festival one year.
Avatar 10:57am TDK60:

doctorjazz: I didn't know Kurt G. plays. What instrument?
Avatar 10:59am Listener Gregory:

Doug and Jessie, let's split the difference: "Dark Was the Night" had no words but did have a kind of vocal moaning, so it was not quite an instrumental but also not like his usual song with lyrics.
Avatar 11:00am rustypepin:

Love You and Thank You, Doug, Jesse, & Chris Albertyn: You make listening a world of exhilaration!
Avatar 11:00am Jesse Kaminsky:

Hey Gregory, thanks for the diplomatic solution!
Avatar 11:01am Jesse Kaminsky:

Hey rustypepin, great to have you!!
  11:02am Listener Robert:

Ach! A little research online satisfies me that at the time period in question, it COULD NOT HAVE BEEN Mr. Gottschalk's program that I was thinking of. I VERY EASILY transpose in my memory the output of one WFMU on-mic person to another.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:03am Andrew Waterloo:

Yay!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:04am doctorjazz:

TDK60-guitar (he's a wild man).
Spinning Giant-it's done with affection, she's pretty open to different sounds (though I took her to see Sex Mob once, they had Nels Cline and John Medeski as guests. They followed Nels, who skronked out a very dissonant course, and she didn't enjoy it. I four a chance to catchy Sec Mob at an outdoor concert this summer, with Medeski, no Nels, and they ROCKED. We all loved it!)
  11:05am Listener Robert:

Actually in all walks of life I have trouble keeping one person straight from another, but when the way I know of them is sound from a box, I'm nearly hopeless at keeping them straight.
  11:06am wenzo llc.:

i wanna sleep on a music bed... where do I get one of those... a Satie pillow...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:07am Spinning Giant:

Hey AndrewWaterloo! That's cool! - I'm in Guelph (coming up on 5 years now) - what year was that...?

AW your lucky day.

Doug, Olinga & Topsy? are the best to me.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:08am Maggie B.:

Wow, what a lucky day in my household! First, we finally win at the Hunger Games vaccines, and now Bill gets a prize - woot!
Avatar 11:08am TDK60:

Thanks doc. || I like that your background "beds" change. Some WFMU DJs' beds or theme songs do get old for me. (Minor qualm.)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:08am chresti:

The cds are great for road trips.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:08am Andrew Waterloo:

@Spinning Giant. I believe that was the year that Rovo performed Contrane's Ascention.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:09am Spinning Giant:

Andrew - cool
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:09am Spinning Giant:

Doctor J - nice! That's great you do that as a family -
Avatar 11:12am Listener Gregory:

@DoctorJ, I feel that your family is better for hearing Nels Cline even if they didn't appreciate him. Now they know that such sounds are part of the human expression.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:12am Jeff Golick:

All those dance parties from 2020 on the Drummer stream got their own playlist page. See 'em all here: wfmu.org...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:15am doctorjazz:

My wife is particularly indulgent-she's accompanied me to shows she barely tolerated (BassDrumBone in Manhattan being a recent one-it was a small Museum in NYC, 2 rows of fold out chairs, she couldn't even read).
Avatar 11:16am Jesse Kaminsky:

Hey y'all! Two great LP Compilation prizes up for your consideration, we'll raffle them off just before noon! Pledges of $20 or more get in the running and, even if you won already today you can pledge again to win!
- Soul Love Now: The Black Fire Records Story, LP on the Strut label
- Mogadisco: Dancing Mogadishu - 1972-1991, an LP on the Analog Africa Label!
Avatar 11:16am Listener Gregory:

@doctorj, Bassdrumbone! wow!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:17am Webhamster Henry:

The last live show I saw was the Vicki Bennett show at Monty Hall just about 1 year ago.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:17am Andrew Waterloo:

You guys really know how to draw the pledges from me.
  11:17am rw:

Goood Morning!
Avatar 11:18am Listener Gregory:

I have to leave now, but I'll be shaking my booty as I go. Thanks, Jesse & Doug.
Avatar 11:18am Jesse Kaminsky:

Don't forget Doug's outstanding GRAND PRIZE, pledge $100 or more to get in the running: A massive trove of downloads from the Matsuli Label: classic South African Jazz and Grooves
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:18am Doug Schulkind:

Spread it! Spread the love! Spread the pledges!

Never stop shaking, Listener Gregory!
Avatar 11:20am PAULS:

Stanley - if you're still here, I credit le Carre and Richard Burton in The Spy Who Came in from the Cold. As a Yank I had never heard the expression, so I promptly looked it up, using it ever since...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:20am Brian in UK:

Jesse, your voice sounded like how can he not want a prize. Imagine the postage for the Harry Smith or a double LP to the UK. Cannot justify it even though the prize principle is wonderful
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:21am Doug Schulkind:

We're hovering at 75% of the goal. Really need to move the needle!!!
Avatar 11:22am Little Danny:

Go Doug! Love you!
Avatar 11:22am PAULS:

did my best! Now, to find a spoon....
Avatar 11:22am Jesse Kaminsky:

@Brian, lol I totally understand and applaud your opting out of prizes!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:23am Stanley:

Webmaster - the last social I went to was Stashu's Polka Party also at Monty Hall. And the last person I gave a hug to (except my partner) was Bill Mac!
Avatar 11:23am Jesse Kaminsky:

Sorry if I made it seem unusual!
Avatar 11:24am PAULS:

That Trammps track, yow. I'm gonna say slightly creepy?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:24am Webhamster Henry:

Monty Hall is being pressed into service as an isolated studio space during the marathon, but eventually, there will be shows again!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:26am Stanley:

PAULS - thanks for the explanation. Freaky thing is I'm on the no 11 bus route where I live in Edinburgh and, invariably, I'm wearing WFMU tees, hats, gloves etc. (Not all at the same time)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:27am Stanley:

Brian - I sometimes chuck in a few more bucks for that very reason.
Avatar 11:27am rustypepin:

Is it possible to re-listen to the Friday afternoon dance parties from last summer?
Avatar 11:27am PAULS:

WOW! I just heard Burton say "#11 bus" and was like wait a minute. I love the image -- two legs walkin! In the US, some say "taking the shoe leather express" -- similar
Avatar 11:28am Little Danny:

@rustypepin: Yes! wfmu.org...
Avatar 11:29am PAULS:

'PFW! Black Fire! I remember it well... and 'GTB
Avatar 11:30am TDK60:

I first heard "free-form" from WPFW's sister station, WBAI in NYC. It was soon after, I found WFMU doing the same.
Avatar 11:31am rustypepin:

@Little Danny: Thanks so much for the info.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:32am Artie:

WPFW was responsible for implanting knowledge of a wider world into my sheltered suburban-kid ears. So many great memories of what they sent out to us.
Avatar 11:36am PAULS:

Doug n Jessie - I pledged on the link Doug had up on his FAcebook post -- "DS" sted "Drummer" -- I hope my donation was counted toward your total this hour!!
Avatar 11:40am Jesse Kaminsky:

Hey PAULS, I think we got your pledge at 10:23am local time and thanked you moments ago, unless it was a different Paul?!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:41am Brian in UK:

Where would we be without 'lily white hands'?
Avatar 11:42am PAULS:

Jesse: Different ! I'm Doug's high school chum, not the DJ
Avatar 11:43am PAULS:

Jessie: It would put you over if you haven't counted it yet!
Avatar 11:45am PAULS:

Doug - done
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:46am doctorjazz:

Know this from The Nevilles, great version!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:46am adamdoesit:

Doug, I was just trying to figure out how to increase my s4l contribution when you called out the upyours@wfmu.org address. Thanks for that. What's up mine is now up yours!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:48am chresti:

Yay adamdonedidit!
Avatar 11:48am PAULS:

That's great, thanks Adamdonsit, up everyones!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:52am Brian in UK:

Doug, I have been meaning to ask you if you have heard from Nick recently. Not seen him on the comments.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:55am Doug Schulkind:

Haven't seen him in a looong time.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:55am sinner:

Walk Down the Streets Together is a Montgomery, AL. record, btw.
  11:55am Andrew in Toronto:

Thanks for another great show Doug!
Nobody rocks the velour soul like you do!

Which WFMU-Drummer show emanates from Australia?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:56am Brian in UK:

TDK60 The Knave after Gina on Sat evening.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:56am doctorjazz:

What Andrew in Toronto said, Thanks, Doug!
