For the first 10 or so years of my life, I'd only ever heard Kojak dubbed in Spanish (same with Mannix, Quincy, Barnaby Jones, and a few others). It was jarring to hear Telly's real voice, especially because in the 70s I think the same voice actor dubbed every leading male role.
