Comment: As the week began and I was preparing to start another Dusty Show, I became increasingly ill with some kind of flu or cold or something. In a last ditch attempt, I went out to do interviews on Wednesday, but I was immediately gripped with the chills and went back inside. Plan B ... A re-run. I had hoped to air a show from November of 2011 - the eviction of Occupy Wall Street from Zuccotti Park, but for one reason or another, it was not possible to bring up the file at the station to air it ... so ... Plan C ... an improv, (beings as I felt too badly to go live w/Fabio, and he was busy anyway ... ...... Sitting in a chair by my desk in the Pigeon Coop, slumped and ill, I began reciting some wild fever drea,, one line at a time until I had maybe 50-minutes of tape. Then I had to go in and try and edit out all the tape clicking of turning the micro-cassette on and off between every line. I ended up with, Nurse Hadley. It's admittedly creepy and questionable, but ... here it is. 59 comments! My lowest since last July 4th. Kind of proud in some weird way. OK ....... here we go.
