Comment: Footage for this episode of The Dusty Show was gathered in Paris, France on a recent trip I took there with my wife, sister-in-law, and her husband. It was difficult for me to interview people there. The unfamiliarity and the language-barriers made me extra shy and hesistant. I suppose it is noticable. Still, it was fun to attempt it, an we all had the best of times in magical Paris. What a wonderful, if expensive, city! Can't wait to return one day. I do want to note that most of the music on this show was taken from the boom-box in our Paris lodgings. I have no idea who the artists were or what the songs were. Sorry about that. Anyway ... on with the show! Oh, wait! One more thing. We are in the midst of a silent fundraiser at the station. We are already one week in to this two-week effort and my pledges are woefully LOW. If you could make a pledge, I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much! Clay

Comment: That's it for another edition of The Dusty Show. I hope you enjoyed this audio trip to France. I feel so fortunate to have been able to spend a week in that wonderful city. I had few expectations going in and all were met and exceded, to say the least. Thanks for those who have pledged during our Silent Fundraiser. My pledge count looks to be pretty anemic, but I know you'll come through in the end as you always do! Don't forget, next week .... Fabi vs. Clay - DUEL III. From the way Fabio sounds, this will be the LAST ONE. I guess he's tired of being outclassed and drubbed by me, at least according to my sophisticated point-keeping system. I already have a 110-point advantage going into next week, so I stand a good chance of keeping my undefeated status! I hope you can tune in for this FOUR-HOUR DUEL starting a 1pm eastern tke next Thursday, 10/11/12. Other special surprises should be in-store too. UNtil then, take care my friends. Thanks for your continued loyalty and support. Remember to email when you can ... dusty@wfmu.orgAlways Remember ... Clay Pigeon - NYC - 99 Gobama!
