Comment: I will try to note the musical background music as much as possible. For songs that I use more than once, I will log them a single time and trust that you can recognize the other instances when the song is played.

Comment: Richard's Interview was cut woefully short due to battery issues and it's a real shame. He was articulate and insightful and went on to speak at length about politics and life. I felt so bad that the interview footage was trashed. Sorry Richard. Hope to encounter you once again someday.

Iron Butterfly Sun and Steel Sun and Steel
Comment: That's it for another episode of The Dusty Show -- The first episode of the Summer Season! I had some tape recorder difficulties that caused me to cut some of the interviews short, and for this, I am sorry. I'll have to get some new micro-cassettes and maybe a new micro-recorder if I can find the model I like. Really enjoyed collecting the vinyl for this show. I found a great secret vinyl source upstate. Regularly replenished with new old records, the obscure, bland stuff I love! Hamilton Camp! Peter Cofield! Late-period Butterfly. Loving my Sun and Steel LP. Leave it to MCA to green light that one. Also, very happy to be on before Night People and look forward to future collaboration when we get used to each other. Could be cool! I'll miss Betsy and hope she returns to FMU soon, which I bet she will when she misses all that sweet glory. Email me if you have the notion. It's been pretty dire of late. The Accuplaylist has been fun, though. Really enjoy the interaction during the show. So glad Summer is here. Hope you enjoy yours. Keep listening and ... always remember.Clay Pigeon - NYCDon't Forget! I'll be filling in for Julie on Dark Night of the Soul next Mon night/Tues morning at 3am. Tune in and I'll be playing great vinyl and taking some calls. Until then ...... A.R.
