A new set begins: Mix a touch of old-fashioned English dancehall , French chanson, and good old American pop and you might approximate the charming music-making of Clare and the Reasons. The ensemble is fronted by wife-husband team of Clare Muldaur Manchon and Olivier Manchon, based in the hotbed Brooklyn music scene. Their sophomore effort, "Arrow," was conceived by Clare in their kitchen, and arranged by Olivier with their two cats nearby nodding in approval. they brought a well-needed dose of charm to the WFMU studio.
