Comment: Live set from Finnish band Aavikko, recorded here at WFMU last night! All-instrumental semi-psychedelic carny/tivoly music in the spirit of 60's Italo-westerns and (gasp) Slavic pop melodies with a hard noise edge, featuring the manic twin Casio playing of Tomi Kosonen and Paul Staufenbiel and the propulsive pseudo-disco syncopations of Tomi Leppanen.
