Sheeeeit, we all famous. We've been on Merv. Donahue. And we got NUTHIN'! I wish we had some money and NOBODY knew us!

-conversation with the legendary Miss Dot while sitting astraddle an old bench in the kitchen at The Chalfonte in Cape May, finger feeling the tiny shell shards out of rough picked back fin crab meat, and she tending numerous steaming pots on the stoves and huge pans of specialties in the ovens.
