Regarding Low Brow to No Brow, let's remember George Harrold Carswell, a Nixon Supreme Court nominee who was overwhelmingly rejected by the Senate. One of his few supporters said in his defense "even if he were mediocre,there are a lot of mediocre judges and people and lawyers. They are entitled to a little representation, aren't they, and a little chance? All praise to Fool's Paradise where the Low/No Brows have full representation and more than a little chance!
