We have the worst PO in NYC locally. Though they really stepped up Wednesday. Kate had gone to mail four packages on Tue., and they only charged her for one. The bell rang (at 8 AM), and it was a postal worker with the packages. He took cash and later that day came back with change and a receipt! Never experienced anything like it!
