難波 is Naniwa. An old name for the Osaka reigon. NaniwaBears is a live venue in Osaka. This CD is a compilation CD of many artists made to help support the venue that, presumably is in trouble because of Corona closures.
I guess 日本解放 Set Japan free.. is in relation to lockdown of live venues.

@Hubig: Harryhausen's such a considerable Artiste - both an Auteur & a magician of the childhoods of so many. Yerknow stuff is even now considered Pop culture disposable - but he transmitted the Mythology - & the Mystical awe of bringing the Fantastic to Life...
