	♥ 10:49pm Stevel: I've yet to hear Bowie that I didn't enjoy, but its a pretty broad swath that always required some adjustment on my part. For me, later eras were marked more by albums such as Lodger, Scary Monsters, Let's Dance (yes) Earthling. As his career matured, he pretty much got to do exactly what he thought he should do, often to great success. I've yet to closely listen to any of the last 3-4 albums, but what I've heard amazes me.

A somewhat similar record, in philosophy at least, is The Third Mind (Dave Alvin, Victor Krummenacher, David Immergluck, Michael Jerome) record that came out earlier this year, which has more of a polished late '60's feel.

	♥ 10:49pm Stevel: I've yet to hear Bowie that I didn't enjoy, but its a pretty broad swath that always required some adjustment on my part. For me, later eras were marked more by albums such as Lodger, Scary Monsters, Let's Dance (yes) Earthling. As his career matured, he pretty much got to do exactly what he thought he should do, often to great success. I've yet to closely listen to any of the last 3-4 albums, but what I've heard amazes me.

A somewhat similar record, in philosophy at least, is The Third Mind (Dave Alvin, Victor Krummenacher, David Immergluck, Michael Jerome) record that came out earlier this year, which has more of a polished late '60's feel.
