been thinking about these types of shows since you did your Vegas anniversary show. In some ways, it seems like the Star Wars Holiday Special might've been a nail in the coffin of big musical variety TV shows.

I have yet to fully revisit these old variety show formats of yore as I get all self conscious and wonder how I lived through first watching them. I guess my thick skin took so many hits from watching these shows.

I remember in the 90s, a Vegas hotel had this animatronic Foster Brooks. A friend said, you could probably get the real Foster Brooks for what it took to build this thing.
