Scraps, I read a study where a U.S. Army medical research unit found that critically burned troops could be distracted from their misery by looking at pictures of snow and icebergs. I have adapted their methodology! Kind of. I fucked up my knee awhile back and sometimes the pain keeps me from getting a good nights sleep. SO, on those nights when I am feeling the pain I hold a fuzzy stuffed animal against my face. And it works! I love the furry sensation so much I forget about my knee. In my case it is a green Easter rabbit I got at Walmart.

Keilidh, The Rabbits were bought for goofy props in a video. The pink one has been subjected to vigorous outdoor activity, so its kind of dirty. The green one however has stayed inside the house so it is the default bed toy.

I got to see Radiohead on their first tour in New York, supporting =Pablo Honey=. They were opening for Belly! When Belly ended, after two or three encores, Tanya Donelly and Thom Yorke came out just as a duo, and sang together.
